		CDBG Housing Funds View	For IDED's CDBG for housing rehabilitation, down payment assistance, rental, etc. cities do not have to have the 51% LMI but the income of individuals to be assisted by the program have to be at 80% of median income or lower. 		CDBG Water/Sewer/Community Facilities Funds View	To qualify for Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for water, sewer, storm sewer and community facilities projects communities have to have a Low and Moderate Income percentage of 51% or greater. This link lists the LMI% for all communities within the MIDAS region. If your community does not have a LMI of 51% or greater, then a LMI survey would have to be completed.
