If you do a Google search for "free pdf converter" you'll come up with quite a few results.
I've used Primo PDF for several years and have been fairly happy with the results. The website for the software is http://www.primopdf.com/index.htm or you can just skip right to downloading the software.
This piece of software (and many of the others) will add a new printer to your computer. If you want to convert a document to pdf, open the document in the software in which it was created (Word, Excel, etc) and then choose to print the document. When printing the document, choose the PrimoPDF printer from your list of printers and then follow the dialog. |
